Q&A Before Sessions Began

1. What is your current physical state?

I feel generally healthy, especially after adopting a regular exercise routine over the past four years. However, a previous body checkup revealed slight scoliosis. This has resulted in occasional tightness on the right side of my body, particularly in my calf, waist, and neck. I manage these areas through yoga, which provides relief, but the tightness tends to reoccur from time to time.

2. What is your past clinical history?

I had appendicitis when I was 20. Between the ages of 36 and 39, I experienced a cervical dislocation that caused intense pain and headaches. Yoga has been my primary remedy, and over the years, the pain has gradually lessened.

3. What current situations reduce your happy mood?

Two years ago, I moved back to Taiwan with my husband and two children. The intention behind this move was to focus more on family and well-being while rediscovering our passions and habits. Although the decision seemed rational at the time, I’m still adjusting to the change. Occasionally, I find myself doubting the choice we made, even though it seemed well-founded.

Additionally, I nearly drowned in the ocean twice during my youth, once at 16 or 17 and again at 21 or 22. Because of these experiences, I feel tightness in my belly when I see my children playing in the water. I can’t fully relax by the beach and don’t enjoy water-related activities.

 

Q&A after 5 sessions

What kind of physical or mental discomfort did you experience before starting the sessions?

My right side of the body was tight, specifically my neck, shoulder, and hamstring.

What other methods did you try before QRI? How does QRI compare to them?

I had life coaching sessions that were more in the Western psychology style. The coach asked me to review traumas, which I felt made it worse and provoked unnecessary emotions. It didn’t work for me. With QRI, I didn’t have to go into the details of history or talk about the problems themselves. QRI was more gentle, genuine, and gave me more space.

Did you feel any physical sensations or changes during the remote sessions?

I always feel lighter after the session. I didn’t feel physical sensations during the session, but I sometimes felt some slight unusual sensations (very light) a day later, for example, on my thumb or a small patch of skin.

Did you notice any changes in your emotions or thoughts during the sessions?

Yes, I felt some hidden emotions were released and prospective about certain people changed during the session.

What physical improvements or changes did you notice after the sessions?

I can breathe better, and it helped with some aspects of my yoga practice. They impacted me in a very subtle but positive way. I can see my behavior patterns more easily, which helps me make different decisions, recover from conflicts more quickly, and have better awareness in daily life. I also worked on my phobia. It was a good opportunity for me to take the time to face it in a more creative, unforced way.

What was the biggest change you noticed after the sessions?

It has become easier for me to let go of things

Who would you recommend QRI to?

I recommend it to my friends and partner who are more open-minded and willing to see things from different perspectives.

How much did you initially expect from the remote sessions, and how have those expectations changed?

I joined out of curiosity and didn’t have many expectations. It was a pleasant surprise for me. The sessions allow different people to have different experiences.

Did your experience as a yoga practitioner influence how you perceived or approached the QRI remote sessions? If so, how?

Yes, I think so. Before the sessions, I already believe in the energy body and how vibrations affect our body, mind, and energy.

See below. How many sessions needed? I had 5 sessions. I think 3 sessions can already make positive impact. I am continuing to have another 5 sessions because I am curious if I can gain deeper understanding of myself, people and the world more.
