Message from Samta

I never truly believed I could be healed. My childhood trauma had been repeated in many different ways over 25 years, leading to chronic pain and constant misery. But with Koichi’s help, I not only found hope — I got healed.

I tried countless therapies and techniques, but with so many options, it was overwhelming to know which one to trust. Luckily, I crossed paths with Koichi 15 years ago and experienced his unique therapy. It’s not mainstream talk therapy; in fact, there’s no need to talk about details. He works with what’s present in the moment.

To understand how it works, you could research quantum physics or, like me, simply accept the benefits. I knew it was working because, after each session, I felt a profound inner shift — something would soften in me, often bringing tears, laughter, or joy. I now remember my traumatic past without being affected by it. I can sense the change in myself and am able to be me. Most importantly, I am a better mother. I can’t thank Koichi enough for this gift, which will benefit future generations.

Although I’m different now, I’m still me — more and more myself. My habits and the people around me have changed. During this therapy, I also discovered TRTP and Feldenkrais. In TRTP, I revisited my past to stand up for my younger self. In Feldenkrais, I learned how my habitual sitting and lying positions were contributing to my chronic pain, leading me to make adjustments. These modalities appeared in my life during sessions with Koichi, when I was open to healing.

Reflecting on my journey, I realize I often changed my sitting position during Koichi’s therapy without consciously thinking about it. I’ve spent a lot of my life feeling sad and confused, but now I’m full of life and have no regrets. Before finding Koichi’s therapy, other therapies made me feel like something was wrong with me and needed fixing. Now, I have compassion for my old self without judgment. Feeling guilt or shame only made things worse.

During therapy with Koichi, I felt respected and understood, and my fear of failure naturally disappeared. This happened on an energy level, without words. I had multiple health issues like IBS, thyroid problems, anemia, and chronic pain from the age of 29, but bit by bit, they are fading away. I’ve wasted so much time and energy on doctors, gynecologists, chiropractors, and more. Now, it’s a relief to know my life can be pleasant. I can enjoy time with my son and pursue my passions. I am feeling better with a cold that is almost gone and finding it easier to manage the monthly pain.
